Payment Information
Currently, Reserve Smokes is only able to accept payment through Interac E-Transfer. The details for your E-Transfer will be sent to you in your order confirmation email after checking out.
We are working on setting up credit card processing, and will notify our customers of this change soon.

Delivery Information
At Reserve Smokes, we ship all of our orders via XPress post to anywhere in Canada.
Typical delivery times range from 2-3 Businesss days and are at the discretion of Canada Post.
All orders will receive a tracking number so you can follow along with your order and know the moment it arrives
Reserve Smokes is proud to offer the lowest delivery fee for native cigarettes in Canada.
We charge a flat rate of $20 for orders anywhere in Canada, and for any order size. So whether you order 1 carton or 5, your delivery rate will stay the same.
Absolutely.
All orders from Reserve Smokes will receive a Caanda Post tracking number to the email you checked out with.
The tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation email, after our team has packed and processed your order for delivery.
This is a common Canada Post tracking bug.
If your order says it has been successfully delivered, the postal driver may still be en route.
Please give it 24 hours to confirm your order will be delivered, and if it still hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at hello@reservesmokes.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to look into a resolution.
